DOES "SOMOS SOCCER" PRICE MATCH?

Although "Somos Soccer" does not price match we do have regular promotions throughout the season and regular reductions on various products every month. Please check our website regularly or sign up for our new letter for our latest promotions and sales.

CAN I ORDER BY EMAIL?

We do not accept orders by e-mail due to the obvious personal information security issues. While we are happy to deal with initial inquiries this way, final orders must be processed on our secure website.

HOW LONG WILL ITEMS BE ON SALE FOR?

Usually, once an item has been reduced it will remain at the lower price until all stock is sold. Sale items prices may even drop further. Some offers and price reductions may only apply for a limited time but the price advertised when the order was placed will be honored providing stock is available.

HOW RELIABLE IS PRODUCT AVAILABILITY?

Product availability is updated daily. When you select your request the availability will appear on the checkout page, either:

Available for immediate dispatch.

If there's an availability problem with an item displayed as "Available for immediate dispatch"; usually where the number of orders exceeds the current stock level, your confirmation email will advise "item currently out of stock" in the item status. We will then contact you to advise on further availability and confirm how you wish to proceed.

WHY DOES THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED LOOK DIFFERENT TO THE IMAGE ON THE  "SOMOS SOCCER" WEBSITE?

While every effort is made to ensure that products, prices, and colors are correct at the time of advertising on our website we cannot be held responsible for any manufacturer errors or product changes. All product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however, due to the inconsistency of monitors and screens, color tones and shades may not be exact to the product. Please contact our customer service team if you are unhappy with what you have received and we will do our best to rectify the problem quickly and fairly.

WILL "SOMOS SOCCER" RE-STOCK SALE ITEMS?

Often items will be reduced in price once that line/colorway has been discontinued by the manufacturer. If more stock is due, the date we anticipate being able to dispatch it will be advised when you select the size. If the size required is unavailable you may wish to contact our sales department who can search our stock database for an alternative bargain.

WHAT SIZING FORMATS DOES "SOMOS SOCCER" USE?

We use both UK and US sizes as our predominant formatS. When you receive your confirmation of order the comparative UK size will be shown. Size comparison charts are available on our website for most products. If you require assistance please contact us by e-mail.

CAN WE PERSONALIZE OUR ORDER?

At this time we do not offer personalization. However, you are welcome to contact us via email and we can discuss your request on a case by case basis. If we do agree on personalizing your order, an additional charge will be added to your order and no changes or cancelations will be allowed.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Standard/Next Day/Express

Not all options will be available to you. The options available depend on where you are located in the world, where you are having your order delivered to and the total weight of the order.

If you are ordering multiple items and standard delivery is not an option due to the weight of your order, you may have to place multiple smaller orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, allow two business days for your payment to process. Once your payment has been verified, we will process the shipment. Based on your location and carriers available to the delivery destination, we will email you a package tracking number which includes the name of the carrier.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?

For security reasons, following your first order and any subsequent orders made within 30 days of your first order, must be delivered to your billing address. After 30 days orders may be shipped to a different address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

In the unlikely event that, after tracking with the selected carrier, the whereabouts of your parcel can't be determined, we will launch an investigation with them.

We won't keep you waiting unnecessarily but would ask that you please allow 7 days for the investigation to be finalized, in most cases it will be less.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost we will issue a replacement or refund promptly as per your wishes. For any further information please contact us via email.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please email us immediately and attach images of the item you have received in error. We will arrange for the carrier to issue a free return label to you.
